Grace Third World Fund was founded by the late Matthew Else, who
was pastor of Grace Baptist Church, Peel, Isle of Man, and all
the current trustees of the charity are members of the church in
Peel. The two are separate entities, but the church in Peel was
responsible for building a chapel on Grace Children's Home land,
which is called Grace Baptist Church, N.G. Palem. Timothy Babu,
the proprietor of Grace Children's Home is also joint pastor of
